All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with shipment details.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Charges

From time to time, ZAYRM may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
ZAYRM offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
Customers are requested to ensure that the provided shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided where available. Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to ZAYRM.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ZAYRM will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please inspect the contents immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Supporting photos may be required to process any claim.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ZAYRM is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, customs procedures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
